Chef Sean Begin, Owner & Chef
Chef Sean Begin, owner & chef is not new to the restaurant and catering industry. He also gained valuable experience at The Mansions at Ocean Edge Resort, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. In 1994, Chef Sean moved to Nashville where he began his chef’s term with Capital Grille within the Hermitage Hotel. Next up, Sean took on the task of establishing Big Guns Catering, an affiliate of the Bound’ry Restaurant, and it was here that the Tennessee Restaurant Association named him Chef of the Year 2001. He has had the opportunity to cater for numerous dignitaries and celebrities in the Nashville and surrounding areas.
